All training is done at the installation location. Training time varies with the complexity of the flatline and the time available of employees to attend training.

This service can be simple identification and resolution of an error in the process, a line review and assessment, or even facilitation and implementation of a formal quality and cost control program.

About Me

I have over 40 years of direct on-line process experience split roughly into 20 years each with industrial coatings suppliers followed by another 20 years with flatline machinery vendors. I have experience in virtually all automated methods for high volume finishing of wood based products and components including:

This combination has allowed me to work on or visit installations all over North America and much of Europe. I am very familiar with all of the other common components and process controls needed for a successful installation and operation of smaller "work cell" automation to the most complex single pass and highly automated finishing systems.
